Quick & Easy Pasta Dish
This is a very quick way to prepare a nice pasta dish. Great for unexpected guests.
1 8oz. pasta of your choice
1 12oz. container of fresh salsa ( store- bought)
Grated Parmesan or soy Parmesan for vegans
Fresh cilantro or basil (chopped) (optional) for decoration
Fresh slices of tomatoes (optional)
Cook the pasta “Al Dente” (per package directions) and drain.
In a bowl mix the pasta with the salsa. Sprinkle some grated cheese or “soy cheese” and serve.
You can add some salt & pepper to adjust the seasoning to your taste. ENJOY!
You can use any fresh or canned salsa of your choice.
You can add some pitted olives or chopped” Pepperoncinis” (small marinated Italian canned peppers) for a little “kick”
Enjoy this pasta with a nice and fruity”Pinot Grigio” or a “Chardonnay” wine.
